Software to take the paperwork pain out of MCS compliance for UK renewable energy installers. I built it, ran a Meta Ads campaign for it and put it in front of beta testers.
One of those testers showed me that Easy MCS already dominated the market. So I wound it down: infrastructure downgraded, API spend capped, lessons kept. Finding that out early was a result in itself.
